If, following a booking request, written confirmation
or rejection is not received by the agreed deadline,

The purpose of the hotels right of option shall
be, having indicated the possibility of making a firm
reservation, to require the contractual partner for
his part to make a decision and exert his right of option.
If this right is not exerted, the reservation becomes
invalid. If the right is exerted, the reservation becomes
firm. In other words, the accommodation contract is
concluded according to the reservation. |
